This is a 20 minute video service that maintains our care during this difficult time where our movements are limited. We will discuss your issue, your medical history, explore some orthopaedic tests, diagnose as long as we have obtained enough information then finally we will advise and prescribe exercises.

Sam is a qualified Sports Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist, getting his degree from the University of Essex.

He specialises in sports injuries and musculoskeletal injuries, where his treatments consist of soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation exercises.
